Kevin Rogers joins us #InTheCrib to give us the latest Scoop from South Florida. After this past season Rogers thinks the Dolphins has been the same team every year since Dan Marino. The team needs a culture change. Its a huge possibility that team may get rid off it's main centerpieces. Lastly, we asked Kevin about tough question with The Miami Dolphins have decided to use their nonexclusive franchise tag on wide receiver Jarvis Landry. Tuesday, the first day teams could use their franchise or transition tags. The salary for wide receivers getting the franchise tag this off-season is expected to be around $16.2 million, which will be quite the raise for Landry, who made $894,000 last season.
K-Rog grew up in Miami and graduated from Florida State University in 2003 with a degree in communications.Following radio stints in Tallahassee and Kansas City, Rogers arrived back in South Florida in 2005. Four years later, he arrived at WQAM to host nights and work on the Florida Panthers pregame and postgame broadcasts. Rogers is currently part of both the University of Miami basketball and baseball broadcasts, while also working on the Panthers broadcasts.
